The Woodlands
We have the privilege for being the brokers for the Woodlands development. The Woodlands is being created to make efficient use of the 35-acre parcel of land that previously belonged to the U.S. Forest Service. It will offer various residential units in the form of cottages, townhomes and condos/apartments in a Mountain Modern style. Located at the far west side of the city’s downtown area along Highway 20 (Cascades Avenue).
